SP20 - Refund?

Another month comes along and still waiting for any idea of a refund.

Even the charge back claim with MasterCard seems to have got nowhere.
Newly retired senior citizen biker, husband and dog owner. Married to Claire. "Parent" to Reggie the Patador. I currently own a 1977 Suzuki GT750A and a 2018 Suzuki DL1000XT AL8. And also the owner of a Motorhome!
